PLR98 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1General

PLR98 is an online entertainment platform providing casino games, slot machines, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and related services to adult players. The platform is operated for the entertainment of users who understand and accept that gaming involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance.

These Terms apply to every player who registers an account, makes a deposit, claims a bonus, places a bet, or uses any feature of PLR98 including the mobile app available via the Download page. These Terms take precedence over any verbal or written communication from PLR98 staff that contradicts them.

PLR98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will take reasonable steps to notify players of material changes.

2Account Registration

To use PLR98 you must create a single registered account. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ requirement — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PLR98 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account details.
• You must notify PLR98 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• PLR98 may request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. PLR98 will attempt to contact you before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account.

3Deposits

All deposits on PLR98 are processed in PKR. The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer to major Pakistani banks, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the cashier page at the time of deposit.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. Depositing funds from third-party accounts or payment methods is not permitted.
• PLR98 does not charge a deposit fee on its end. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your PLR98 account balance almost immediately for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference before making a second attempt.
• PLR98 reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment method if there is a reason to believe it is linked to fraudulent or suspicious activity.

4Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time subject to the following conditions. Bonus funds and winnings generated exclusively from active bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible.
• PLR98 may require identity and payment verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on the Withdrawal page. Processing times can vary based on the chosen payment method and verification status of the account.
• PLR98 does not add platform fees to withdrawals. Fees charged by your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank, or card network — are outside PLR98's control.
• PLR98 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual relative to the account's normal activity.
• Winnings that PLR98 has reasonable grounds to believe were obtained through fraudulent play, exploitation of technical errors, or bonus abuse may be withheld pending investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

PLR98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on slot games, reload bonuses, and special event promotions tied to Cricket and PSL seasons. Each individual offer has its own set of terms presented at the time the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless an individual offer's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds by default.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Creating additional accounts to claim further welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse.
• PLR98 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus already credited if it determines the offer was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
• Free spin winnings may be capped at a maximum PKR value as stated in the relevant offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus balance and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Specific games may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions or may contribute at a reduced percentage. Check individual offer terms for the applicable game list.
• Placing bets on both sides of an outcome — whether within PLR98 or in combination with another platform — to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds is considered abuse and will result in the bonus and any derived winnings being voided.

6Betting Rules

PLR98's sports betting section covers Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other markets. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and event types on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. PLR98 does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except in cases of an obvious technical or pricing error on the platform's part.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• PLR98 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published with an error — whether in odds, event details, or participant information.
• In the event of a Cricket match being abandoned, reduced in overs due to weather, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled according to the specific Cricket betting rules displayed in the sports betting section.
• Live betting odds change in real time. A bet is only accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment it is confirmed. Bets placed during a temporary odds suspension are not accepted until odds are reinstated.
• PLR98 does not guarantee the continuation of any particular sports market and may suspend or close betting on any event at its discretion.
• Winnings from sports betting are paid in PKR to your account balance following official result confirmation.

7Player Conduct

PLR98 expects all players to use the platform honestly and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected technical fault must be reported to support and will be subject to review.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit on PLR98 (money laundering).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing PLR98 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

PLR98 cooperates with relevant authorities where legally required to do so. We take integrity on the platform seriously and monitor accounts for unusual patterns of play or payment activity.

8Privacy & Data

PLR98 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

9Responsible Gaming

PLR98 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. Gaming should always be a form of leisure, not a means of generating income or recovering money that has already been spent. 11Limitation of Liability

• PLR98 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on your end, or events outside our reasonable control.

• PLR98's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is limited to the real-money balance in that player's account at the time of the incident.

12Changes to These Terms

PLR98 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
